We slip into their divine systems and we can't get out. I feel like I fell into Apple and Microsoft's arms simultaneously and they still squeeze me quite tightly. Still, I know where I stand with them -- more or less -- and I dutifully upgrade my iPhone and constantly use Microsoft 365 because, well, that's what I do.
