Seen your water bill lately? It doubled. Just fucking doubled. And ours was already the most expensive water in the country. Water is a human right, not some fucking cash cow for ted and friends. Seems the perfect time to boycott the portland water bureau. These fuckers have no problem using water as a weapon to price the marginalized into the street, perhaps we can return the favor.
